We are the retail outlet for several LOCAL families and artisans who, although they are talented, don't have time or means to sell their merchandise.
Do you offer Ear Candling at your shop?
Currently most of our customers are online. However, this is a "mom & pop" business which will be moving to a better retail location in Gallatin,
Missouri in March 2011. As the owner of Missouri Scents, I have been ear candling for almost 2 decades. I am a retired Natural Health
Consultant and Relaxation Therapist. My family was raised on alternative therapies and we are considering offering ear candling services again

customers can get the most accurate information without trying to decode Doctor or Scientific language! LOL

To keep costs down (and pass that savings on to you), we refer everyone to the website listed above for detailed ear candling instructions. We
are a "green friendly " business and don't want to pollute the environment with any extra paper, ink, and packaging materials than are absolutely
necessary. Our ear candle, ear oil, and other packaging may be "boring" compared to big companies like Wally's , however, we like to feel we
are doing our part to recycle, and protect the environment.

*SECONDS ear candles have a tight seal and work just as well as our premium ear candles, they just aren't "pretty".
They might have a dent, or the wrap is slightly off, fabric is a non standard cut, you know, things like that. Each ear candle has been quality tested and you'll
love the price! Your order will filled with what we have available. It may be our 100% beeswax or paraffin or soy blend or a combination of any of these. All
ear candles are quality tested for tight seals. Sorry, no refunds on seconds. Orders are filled on a 1st come 1st served basis. Because of this your shipment
may be delayed a day or two.

You don't have to give us a reason if you are not satisfied with our products, you just need to put them in the mail no later than 7 days after you receive them. Be
sure to put a copy of the packing slip or identification so we know who it's from. You will receive a full refund for the unused portion of your order (less shipping and
handling) as long as the postmark is within 7 days of when you received them. We do not offer refunds on Seconds or Assorted Grab Bag ear candle specials. We will
check your return to make sure there are no damaged items. Refund will be issued after inspection (less s&h). We don't refund items that are damaged during the
return shipment so please use the same care in sending them back to us as we did shipping them to you. If your order was damaged during original shipping we will
provide a replacement order at no charge after receiving the damaged order back. You have 7 days from receipt of delivery to report and return any damaged
